## What this site is

SkillSearch exists because videos show great AI Skills every day, but viewers rarely know:
1. What the exact Skill is called
2. Whether it's the original or a clone
3. Whether a better alternative already exists

SkillSearch generates a structured find instruction from a video link, so you can ask any AI assistant to locate the original Skill or a comparable one.

## Data boundaries

- Skill metadata (name, author, source repo) is only shown when it can be traced to an original author or repository.
- We do not fabricate author names, licenses, star counts, install steps, or claimed outcomes.
- If a Skill's source cannot be verified, it is described as a "similar alternative" rather than presented as the original.
